Our services

Consultations & payment

A paid strategy consultation costs [currency]150 for 60 minutes and is fully credited toward a subsequent engagement with us. You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment; later changes or no-shows may forfeit the fee.

Project engagements

For project work, the scope, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work. If anything in a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal takes precedence for that engagement.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables we build for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and general know-how, and we grant you a licence to use them as needed to enjoy the deliverables.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide, in a timely way, the access, information, and cooperation we reasonably need to deliver the work, such as access to relevant systems, data, and the right people in your organisation. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and fees.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives the end of any engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Third-party services

Our work may involve third-party platforms, models, or tools (for example, cloud and AI providers). These are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for changes to their availability, pricing, or functionality.

Warranties & disclaimers

Limitation of liability
